4. Client Responsibilities
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information required for permit applications. Failure to provide the necessary documents or comply with city requirements may result in delays or rejections, for which we do not provide refunds.
5. Service Disruptions & Third-Party Delays
While we strive for efficiency, we are not responsible for delays caused by government offices, third-party agencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be issued due to such disruptions.
